After reading a bunch of these reviews it seems its the same game. Shipment that was scheduled 5 days in advance was not honored and I am now being told I will have to wait until after the weekend to have shipped. Was forced to stay home to wait for the package but they did not honor the correct date. After calling 3 times I was able to speak to someone to get this information. Looks like they pull the same thing with everyone, pushing people off to make their routes easier to make more $$. Atleast be HONEST with customers.
I set up a time with Fallon to pick up a mattress that I had purchased from Saatva. I specifically asked if they can come to the house anytime after noon (my afternoon off) and rearranged multiple appointments to be there. I got the call from them the night before and was told that they were coming between 8-10 am I called them and said that it didn't work for me and I deliberately cancelled appts to be there in the afternoon The response were robotic and was told they needed to reschedule and that the same issue may occur the next time around. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was directed to a voicemail with no return call. When did a service oriented company ignore the wishes of their customer. After seeing the other reviews, I realize that this is a pattern.
Fallon Moving and Storage provided our business with a very punctual, speedy, efficient and professional move on January 11, 2020. They showed up promptly at 8:00 a.m. with 5 guys and a truck, and at 9:30 they were already unloading the first trip to the new place. The job was speedily completed in less than 8 hours, and our stuff was handled with care. We are very pleased with the service we received, from the moment I first picked up the phone to the conclusion of the job. These guys really are very pleasant and professional, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a mover.
Fallon was sub contracted by Estes to deliver home deliveries. When I called Fallon to ask when I could expect my ordered product, after contacting Estes and them telling me that Fallon had my delivery for 1.5 weeks already, I was given a delivery date of 2 weeks from the date of my call. 2.5 weeks later I contacted Fallon to ask about my delivery and was treated VERY rudely by Andrea. Finally a week after that call I had the product that had ordered 6 weeks prior. Unfortunately, we are hostage to the lowest bidder that the larger shipping companies subcontract to. Update: I highly anticipated the canned reply from Fallon that they send out when recieving less than happy fed back. I wasn't disappointed, see below. If Fallon didn't want honest feedback about their service then they shouldn't have sent me a link to reply to asking for feedback and therefore I do believe that I am directing my response to the proper review company.
If there was an option to give zero stars I would have. Terrible customer service and reliability. Twice in a row they did not follow through with their delivery without so much as a phone call to notify me that they would not be coming during the specified delivery time that they assigned me. Each time I had to reach out to them, and each time I was not provided with any answers as to why the delivery was not made. Still waiting for them to deliver my product.
