Family Movers Express

We recently used Family Movers Express for a physician's office relocation. They were punctual, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend them for personal or commercial. They had a great crew!

SCAM ARTISTS, BUYER BEWARE! Well... I was really hoping I'd have a Good experience with this company. When I first spoke to Aaron, who is one of the owners, it seemed like they had everything on point. Unfortunately, when the movers arrive they only had a two man crew instead of a three man crew that I specifically requested. I had called and confirmed this with the company on three separate occasions over two weeks to make sure that I have a three man crew. What was supposed to be a five hour move ended up being an eight hour move. (It's only 30 dollars more an hour with a third man) when the movers first arrived I tried to contact the office for four hours straight with no response. When I finally got a hold of the office the owner didn’t want to do anything for me in terms of compensation. He told me let them finish and then we would discuss it. At the end of the move the owner wouldn't even pick up my phone calls. He spoke to his employee only and told him there was nothing he could do for me. He avoided any communication with me what so ever! So there it is. These guys squeezed a couple hundred dollars extra out of me. Make sure it doesn't happen to you. Horrible business practice. I will say the two man crew that did come did an excellent job. They handled themselves professionally. Edit after owners reply: Owner did not offer a discount. Owner is lying. I paid over 150 dollars more for the move. Do not trust this man!
