Absolute worst customer service, I would not give them a penny in the future, they appear to be racist people who only care about making a dollar, I would rather store my things 4 hours aways versus the convenience of being local. Absolute worst business. Appears to been around forever and operate like 1945.

Great service and easy to work with.

In general we didn’t have any issues with the gentlemen. The biggest issue with encountered was when it came down to signing our inventory receipt.... on all our paperwork he stated all our items we’re scratched, soiled, stained, marred or rubbed... my carpet which we had professionally washed had no stains or soiled... my hutch had no scratches or dents. While he was packing and specifically told him to let me know if he saw any scratches so I can take photos of scratches. He stated there was NONE! But when he gave me paperwork why would he state it’s scratched... when I confronted him he said he Needed to Cover himself and that regardless whoever picks up my items they will write that it’s scratched no matter what to protect themselves. THESE ARE THE PPL GETTING PAID TO TAKE CARE of your hard worked earned belongings.

I would give 6 stars if I could. I have been doing business with them for over ten years, and my parents were doing business with them before that. They are trustworthy and dependable. They are professional and caring. Your items, either stored or moving, are safe with them.
