Felice Moving & Storage, Watertown NY

This company is so unorganized and frustrating to deal with. When our things made it to our house many things were broken and they put a dent in our new dryer. Make sure you take pictures of your things before they show up to prove that it wasn't damaged before they get there.

Felice Moving & Storage was contracted to deliver our household goods to Fort Drum. We were incredibly pleased with the personable & professional employees that delivered & unpacked our belongings.

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. My husband and I were relocated by Felice just a few hours from where we were already living. Some of our garage ite.s (tools kids toys) were missing our brand new dining set had been ruined two of the dining chairs had legs broken I in half. Our 2 bookshelves were demolished. Our brand new bed was broke huge chips in our headboard. The bed rails were snapped. The doors to our washer and dryer were shattered and torn off. The drum of our washer was completely broken free the list goes on. I'm absolutely furious. Please for the love of all that is good and holy do not hire this company if you value your home and the items in it.
