We went with a higher-priced mover because we're older and needed to get a little extra help with packing larger and heavier items. Wayne kept trying to sell us on moving over two days with a total of four trucks even though we insisted we weren't taking a lot of things as we were planning on thinning out what had accumulated over the years. The movers would not fill the second truck on the first day saying they could "come back and get the rest the next time". They decided they had packed enough for the day and took off with one full truck and one-half or so truck. Our remaining items were in bins and boxes in the basement and ready to go. Now we're stuck with trying to move the rest ourselves with maybe a 12' Uhaul, no help and no truck driving experience. We spent over $3200 for a truck and a half, and had they filled the second truck we would have been done. The only reason they get two stars is because what they did move arrived in good condition. Oh, and the wardrobe boxes they provide are used and they take them back when they leave. You have to hope that whatever was in them from previous moves was bug-free.

Outstanding service! Mark and Mark Jr and James were my movers . Super courteous and efficient! Whole experience was as painless as possible. Have used Atlas and North American in past and this was much better value ! Would highly recommend!!!!

Highly recommend! I have been professionally moved by global companies a number of times and with our he military as an officers family. Almost all of my past moves were good to very good, but none compare to Ferguson. All the movers had years of experience and you could see the differences. There were challenges for them but they always demonstrated the utmost cate for our belongings. Did I mention you could pick up good quality used boxes and paper at no cost? Thanks to all 5 of the movers that helped us!
