Fettes Transportation Systems

We have moved 24 times in our life (we were military) and this was one of the best. Because we were downsizing/moving to a smaller home, we chose to sort out and pack ourselves. Fettes picked us up/loaded and moved/delivered to another state. Their supervisor/driver was knowledgeable and professional. He watched over his younger crew. Their work was professional, timely and completed successfully. Estimate of charges was spot-on for weight. Much better than using “moving brokers” from the internet who grossly underestimate weight and cube to suck you in at a estimated lower rate!

You should all learn how to answer a phone. That’s be great! We’ve called several times. Your hours are Monday through Friday from 8-5pm. If I call at 4:40pm on Friday, you should still be answering your phone because those ARE your hours! The back and forth between our delivery is unreal!

Terrible service. The supervisor was totally unprofessional. He also seemed like he was on something. We were scarred to have him in our home. The workers did great, unless the supervisor was around. Never use these guys again
