STAY AWAY. The owner Sam is one hell of a sweet talker and promises the world until he shows up. Promised boxes for our clothes , shows up with a beaten up box that can barely hold a few suites. didn't even have a tool box to unscrew our furniture. Worst of all he was trying to unscrew our furniture with a sharp beaten up, bent screw driver. He estimated the move to take no longer than 6 hours for a small 900 SQFT apartment. When they got to the new apartment they found the absolute longest route to move everything up going down one level and then moving things up to kill time as much as possible. Surprised I asked them and he said we don't have a rail to go up the a few steps. He ended up charging $1900 for the move for 2 extra boxes we bought from him plus all the time they killed. I later found a small bookshelf broken to pieces and left hidden on the side of the garage that they broke while moving. Observing all the time being lost I asked them to leave and I will set up the left over furniture myself finding out some of the pieces of my EXPENSIVE bed room set are missing. Those parts were custom made for my nigh table and can not be replaced. A total nightmare of a mover, dishonest, and unprofessional. Search the web for flat rate movers and don't fall into the trap of dishonest movers like him.
