High priced in comparison to other area storage facilities, they quickly raise rates on you. Noone answers the phone or returns messages. They should hire an exterminator.

Oh my gosh! I had the most amazing experience today. One of their employees came out and helped me fix my storage unit and do heavy lifting. She was so kind and welcoming and she did not give up. I’m thankful to be a part of the flex storage family. I wish I had got her name!
