Ford Transfer & Storage

We just recently moved and had not the best experience. It first started with them bringing not a big enough trailer when we called and said I'm pretty sure your going to need a bigger trailer when the boxes you gave us wont cover close to what we have in the house. After they filled that trailer they then had to get a uhaul and fill that and it was also filled to the brim stuff and to be placed in the back of a truck let me say this we weren't just going across town it was a 8 in a half hours away. Once we got it done and they drove the stuff here we found out they sent 2 people and 1 has a fractured back and cant lift which then leaves 1 guy to move the whole truck well let me say my husband was suppose to have an easy move and he ended up having to move the heavy stuff with the guy. The guy who didnt have a hurt back by the end of the day was complaining about how tired he was but let me say this he didnt want my husband help cause he wanted his money. We aren't sure if we have everything one thing we haven't seen yet and I have quick a few broken things nothing in the boxes I packed all stuff that wouldn't fit in boxes. If I ever move again I would never use this company!

Sue is very knowledgeable and fair when providing quotes and Kelsey does an amazing job moving the items and ensuring they are stored properly. I highly recommend them!

We had them move us and they did an outstanding job. All items were packed professionally. All items that were taken apart were reassembled at the destination and placed where we asked. I would recommend them for all moves. The staff was very respectful of all of our household goods.
