They moved us from New Market, AL to Washington, NC on Halloween 2019. We have moved several times from different states, and this was the easiest move ever. We give all the credit to Fortson. The most polite, accommodating gentlemen we have ever worked with. Treated our furniture better than we usually do. Treated every piece as if it was brand new top of the line furniture and most of our stuff was 20 some years old. Please use this company. They even clean up behind themselves. From the initial call to April in the office to the unpacking by Tommy, Steadman and Jessie, and every interaction in-between, Fortson Moving did an outstanding job during our recent move to South Carolina. They accommodated changes in closing dates as best they could, took great care of our stuff, and were professional all the way. Best moving experience out of many I've made. You are treated like a valued customer. They work non-stop, with barely a break of any kind, and no smoking around your things (I never saw any smoking.) I would use them again in a minute, or recommend them to anyone. They do what they say they will.

My wife and I recently downsized (about half ha) and as such had a lot of furniture from a larger home to move into a smaller townhouse.. A lot of heavy furniture. The three guys who helped us were simply outstanding.. wonderful attitude and just as kind and polite the first hour as the last. I would highly recommend Fortson for any and ll of your moving needs!
