As three out-of-towners with only a few contacts in the area trying to help move an elderly relative to an assisted living facility nearby, my siblings and I were at a real disadvantage and feeling a bit overwhelmed. By a stroke of great fortune, we were referred to Jack Quigley and Fraioli & Quigley. Jack met with us in advance, came up with a game plan, and was there the next day with his crew and had the job done in no time. My sister, in charge of the move, reported back to us (after we others had to leave to return to Austin): "Always on top of things, in frequent communication, efficient, calm, thorough, clean, careful. His crew were all the same. I was putting away kitchen stuff and every time a guy walked past me, he'd pick up whatever paper I'd dropped since the last sweep. And he was genuinely nice and caring: helped [our elderly relative] out to the car, for instance. [The woman who referred him to us] told us that he once drove out to the boonies of NJ to bring a woman who had no family to [the same assisted living facility in Westchester]." I can't express what a relief it is to have someone do a job for you with such efficiency and professionalism that you can turn your attention to the other 200 tasks at hand in managing a transition like this. We'd give Fraioli & Quigley 10 stars if we could.
