Absolutely terrible service and no concern for customer needs. Will look for any other uhaul location other than this.

Great service and great people there. They have moved and stored our goods and did it all as if they were moving their own furniture. The customer service has always been excellent and during COVID, they haven’t hesitated to support their customers. They have been very understanding. I will def used them again.

Heidi has been very attentive in the setup for my upcoming move and I couldn't be happier with the service she has been able to provide. I am looking forward to being a repeat customer for Freddy Duncan & Sons!

Excellent place for climate controlled storage. Super friendly at the office and the storage facility is kept clean. Haven't used their moving service or rented a U-haul but if and when I do I'll update this review.

I can only speak on the U-Haul truck rental experience. I picked up and dropped off at this location twice and picked up one time when moving to a different city. Each time was a pleasent experience. The staff was courteous and very helpful.
