Freddy Duncan & Sons Moving and Storage

Just purchased a new Princess matress and box spring. Duncan was the appointed delivery service. Gave a couple days notice and worked with us when the first time slot collided with an appointment we had. The day of the delivery we were notified when they were an hour out. The two moving techs were attentive,fast, careful and polite, Before we knew it we had our new bed all assembled. Prior to retirement we had a cleaning business for 34 years, therefore a lot of tasks we do are viewed considering cleanliness. So if I had too make one critical comment it would be that we were not asked if the movers wear booties. Yes they courteously wiped their feet but it was wet out..,so that and a nickle....If we ever move from Crossville they will be the first we contact.

I have lived all over the country and had movers from good to bad and in-between. Duncan and Sons are far better than Good - They are Great. Our last move was local from one side of town to the other. The packing was efficient, aligned with the original estimated materials, and weight. These guys worked their tails off for me. From the quotation to the final box unloaded, these guys were always happy and cheerful. Great guys to be around. I highly recommend this company for your moving needs..

I highly recommend this company. I especially recommend Adam B. and Charlie S., who were very nice, professional, and hard working. They were very careful in moving everything. Nothing at all was damaged. In fact, they helped transfer furniture from the basement and garage to the upstairs bedroom. They are very honest and showed great integrity by contacting us later that day to let us know the safe we had given Adam was full of a lot of sentimental paperwork and 2 pieces of jewelry that were forgotten about. We were so appreciative of how they went above and beyond.
