THE BEST! The previous company we used for our last move was a complete nightmare. I decided to google the highest rated companies in the area. I honestly did not care what I was going to spend because having a smooth move was the most important thing. Just from the start of email and phone communications, I knew we were in great hands. They are insured, have you fill out a contract, offer insurance and spell everything out. John was very reassuring and put my mind at ease. The crew arrived on time and completed the entire move in under 5 hours. They did not scratch, dent or break anything. They were the most professional set of moving men we have used. They were also very personable and fun to be around. I truly cannot express how amazing this experience was. They are extremely reasonable in their pricing and they wont tack on fees at the end of the move.

John and his team were a pleasure to work with. My move involved multiple stops along the way and they handled it with ease. The team was kind and professional. They arrived on time. I was also very impressed at how they made it look so easy. All furniture was wrapped with blankets and secured in place on the truck with straps. It couldn’t have gone smoother. Highly recommend!

Fresh start moving service was definitely the right decision. John (owner) was extremely helpful and responsive to every phone call, even returning my call when I phoned him late on a Monday which I didn't expect. Even though I requested them for a small job on a short notice they were still very kind and were able to come in just two days. The gentlemen he brought were also very nice and efficient for a very fair price. Highly recommend for anyone who's looking for easy, stress-free move.
