Called on Saturday night needing a short notice move and they were able to move the piano Sunday morning (local in town delivery). Charles and his helper were awesome. The piano arrived safe and sound. Friendly, professional and on time!
Nice
Excellent job all around, plus Rick is a cool dude
I hired Fretter's Piano Service to move a piano I purchased in Atlanta to bring to my home in Nashville. Rick Fretter (owner) communicated with both parties very well and showed up on time. The piano arrived in perfect shape. My wife and I were very happy with his service. Thank you Rick!
Had a studio piano to move. They were scheduled to pick it up at 9. At 945 I called and got a very rude, "yeah i know". They finally arrived at 1030 with only one person to move the piano, one person I kid you not. It was only being moved 10 miles to Madison. When they got to Madison he suddenly realized he didn't have enough people. He said he had to fi nice a piano from Saunders to Brentwood and world be back with another helper. At 2 I called, again he was rude. Said he would be there by 330, haha. It was close to 5 before they got the piano into my apartment. $240 to move it and me having to cancel my afternoon job loosing another$120. Not one apology for his rudeness, tardiness and unprofessional attitude. Don't be lured by their ad move and tune, the quote does not include a tuning. After it was moved he explained it wouldn't do any good to tune it bc it needs to acclimate. He said to call back in November for a tune quote. The only positive about this experience was a hard working man named Charles who was nice, professional, and did all the work. I would highly suggest you consider other options based on my experience with Rick and his inability to communicate professionally and don't trust on him being on time or communicate to you when they'll actually show up.
