What can I say about Fretter's? They truly saved the day for me when I moved to Nashville. Originally I booked Top Rank Movers and they assured me they moved pianos - 2 hours before I arrived in Hendersonville, they decided that my particular piano was too much for them to move. I called Mr. Fretter and he agreed to meet me at my new apartment and do the job. He and an associate showed up and had my 52" Yamaha Professional Upright up a flight of stairs and in my second floor apartment within 10 MINUTES! I have never seen anyone move a piano of this size with such ease. I was amazed. I will use Fretter's services for as long as I live in this area. What a wonderful guy to talk "piano" with regarding prices, comparing our passion of the sounds and quality, in order to help with an informed decision. And based on your other positive reviews, I am going to have him tune my "other" piano for now.
