This was my first big move by myself, from Cleveland to Cincinnati, with little help. On their website they stated they do long distance moves, but apparently not so much. I contacted them to inquire an estimated quote of a full service job, etc. to get a better understanding of what I would be working with and to seek suggestions. Whoever I talked to on the phone laughed and belittled me, saying he would do a quote but I "wouldn't be happy." They proceeded to never contact me back with an estimated quote. I have ended up finding friends to assist in the move and now simply need movers, but I will be looking for a moving company elsewhere.

I can't say enough good things to say about Fridrich Movers. They moved my husband out of his apartment today and they were truly magnificent -- friendly, professional, efficient, careful with the material, funny -- just wonderful. They arrived on time and completed the work within the expected time (they were moving his furniture from a two bedroom apartment into a storage facility). Mike Fridrich, the owner, is awesome! He stayed in touch constantly, and handle an unanticipated situation and delay with professionalism and good humor. My husband and I can't think of a better moving experience. We recently had the guys from Fridrich move us to a new home. Don and Steve were punctual, professional, and personable . They didn't waste time, gave helpful suggestions, and did a great job overall. No nicks, tears, or breaks. They handled our belongings with great care. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. They also stayed within the cost estimate.

Best moving company I have ever used. Mike, Mike and Lou are wonderful guys. Very helpful, kind and hard working.
