From the first call, Joe was pleasant and responsive. He was able to book my baby grand piano for the very next day. I was very concerned about it being moved, but the men coordinated the disassembly/move/assembly like butter! I cannot say enough except, this is the moving company for me!

I can’t say enough about the service and professionalism of Frye’s. Over the past 20 years they have moved me 3 times. Each time has been a great experience. This last move involved picking up all of our belongings from an apartment and 3 - 10 x 25’ storage units and brought everything to our new home and placed everything perfectly without a scratch or any damage to walls. They go above and beyond for their customers and their pricing is almost half of any other quote I’ve gotten from other movers. Absolutely astounding team! Joe came and gave us an estimate a few weeks before our move stating it would be about a 10 hour job. On moving day his team finished in 9 hours and 55 mins. It couldn't have been more RIGHT ON. No surprise fees, no surprise anything. The team that came were AMAZING professionals. They joked about being "the best in the business" but believe me -- it's legit. They took EXTREME care with ALL of our stuff. They moved heavy things (pinball machine, etc) from the basement -- they never complained about going up 3 stories high in the new place. NOTHING was broken. EVERYTHING was amazingly cared for. I bought the team lunch (2 pizzas) and one guy actually said he was going to skip lunch to organize the truck better so we could fit more in -- I insisted he take a break because he (and the whole team) truly deserved it. We are EXTREMELY happy with Frye's Moving company. Amazing value, true professionals, no surprises of any kind. A true pleasure to work with. Thanks so much to Joe and his whole team!
