Full House Moving, Garland TX

I was hesitant to use movers as I have always done it myself in the past. First of all they were much more affordable than I had thought. Secondly they did an incredible job. They were amazing at being fast and efficient. They never dropped anything, didn't scratch a door or a wall, they did a perfect job. They also worked at such a fast pace. They were making sure I got the most for my money. I was highly impressed. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I know who I will be calling.

These guys were incredibly professional. They came in, organized everything, loaded the van and moved me from Garland to Bonham in record time! I have moved many times in my lifetime, but this by far has to be the best and easiest move I have ever made. The guys took extra care with all my glass shelves and glass table, along with all the TVs, and even let me stay in my electric recliner to the last minute. I had borrowed a folding chair so that I would have a place to sit, since I cannot stand for any length of time and the guys were so helpful to me every step of the way. They were pleasant, courteous, and very, very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a move!

This company moved my parents and it was incredible service so we used them for my own family for a move this past weekend! The guys they send never stop working! They made our move quick and painless and they helped us put some stuff in a storage unit too! We will most certainly use them in the future! Kelly was professional in everything pre-move and Billy & Larry did a great job and were super friendly!

We used the company as a recommendation from another that didnt have the availability to move from apartment to our brand newly built home. The movers we got were nice and efficient but one of them slipped and the furniture made a hole in the wall near the house entrance door. I was given the number of the manager who would call to get it repaired. The manager told me ths owner will call in a day or two. The owner told me he will send someone to fix it in a week or two. The person who came to fix after more than a week had no clue about spray paint like my builder had done. He experimented with my new house making the small patch turn even bigger to blend in the different color of spray paint he got. After that experience I told the owner I need him to either pay the amount the person I know is asking for proper repair. He insisted to send another person who was actually supposed to come. That person and the owner are not responding to my calls now. After a month of waiting I decided to post this review so you can avoid using this company if you really want professional moving company that would stick by their words and provide real customer service. All the good reviews are when things go right but quality customer service is exhibited fully when something that goes wrong is corrected in time. If you have valued items to move especially to your newly purchased house, avoid this company at all cost.
