Excellent experience working with the staff.

Horrible company. We hired them to store our furniture until we purchased a new home. When the furniture finally arrived at our new address 7 months later there were numerous damaged items along with a missing TV, missing lamp carton, missing glass carton, missing large overstuffed chair and dirty grease smudges on some other overstuffed chairs. We went through the claims process which resulted in some compensation for damaged and dirty items but no compensation at all for missing items. This company and Allied are terrible to deal with

No issues at all, great customer service, great packers and loading and unloading, especially the driver extremely trustworthy and on time for everything.

I went to my storage unit with a friend and a borrowed truck to collect some of my things for visitors for the holidays only to find the lock on my unit to have been changed, without notification. You would probably assume I had not paid my bill but you would be wrong, because I have my receipt, proving that I had paid through the end of December. Today is December 20th. So, I contacted the facility manager, Steve Aitkens, at his home, who was not only unhelpful in the matter but literally cursed me out dropping at least 4 "F" bombs on me as he stood in his front doorway with just his skivvies on. So here I am, unable to collect my belongings because I disturbed Steve Aitkens,at 10:35 am on Sunday morning regarding their mistake. This was a VERY upsetting account and I would not have wished it on my worst enemy. I will as soon as possible, remove my belongings and NEVER refer anyone to your storage facility. As a matter-of-fact, I will make it a point to tell all who will listen to NOT rent any of your units. Whoever owns this storage facility should seriously consider making a change in their management as well as providing an emergency number for their customers Bob
