Fantastic movers! Moving is usually awful but Donny and his crew at Gentle Giant made the experience as great as it can be. They were prompt, communicative, careful, hard-working, fast, and friendly. We went with them on the basis of their positive reviews, even though their quote was a bit more expensive than other companies, and they did not disappoint. Highly recommended!

I will definitely use Gentle Giant for my next move. They were extremely fast and efficient but also so careful with all of my furniture pieces and fragile items. They called the Friday before my move to confirm the time and called the morning of my move. They arrived on time and got right to work. I'm so impressed with how easy and fast this was. They even disassembled and reassembled a difficult slatted bed that I own. So impressed and very happy with the service! They're also very reasonably priced for the level of service given.

So happy with the service from Gentle Giant! I have never used a moving and storage company before, and was definitely scared to hire someone. I really lucked out with Gentle Giant. Everyone was super nice, professional, and very communicative. Guys that came to pack up were great and double checked with me about what to move and what was okay to leave in drawers, etc. (I have a few different dresser-like furniture pieces). They took about 5 hours to pack up my 1 bedroom, which seems like a long time but is actually really quick for literally packing everything up with just two guys. During the move out everyone was super nice and handled all of our stuff with care. Still need to arrange a time for my stuff to be brought to my new apartment and unpacked, but I don't expect anything less of great. Definitely recommending them to everyone I know!
