Gilmore Moving & Storage

Excellent service! ALL of the Admin staff were extremely helpful and responsive. The moving crew showed up on time, were so sweet and exceptionally helpful! No one was sketchy that showed up to be around our belongings and nothing was misplaced or broken! They were rediculously fast too. It was actually very impressive. Totally will use them again and recommend them.

Mike the manager is awful and lacks professionalism. Used boxes and paper contain roaches and he does nothing to resolve the issue with the exception of making excuses. He will however tell you over and over that it's within their right to reuse boxes and paper. Mike is disconnected with what is going on with the company and his employees. He also shows no respect for the military or its members. Blamed my issue on moving into military housing. To his dismay I didn't. He had no answer when I told him it was a brand new $300k house that didn't have these roaches until he moved into my house. Stay away from this company until he is no longer afflilated with Gilmore moving.

They couldn't pick up boxes when scheduled and nobody answers phones after 4pm.
