Golden Services, L.L.C, Tacoma WA

We haven’t received our shipment yet so there will be more to follow. But they smashed my brand new glass tv stand while moving. A damage report was filled out (which we still have) and whoever is answering the desk at Lakewood is acting like we are incoviencing them and is making us jump through hoops just to send the report up..as if that’s something that should be done at their end. You figure if they make a hiccup that they’d do the reporting, no have their clients do it. But we basically got told to send in paper work, that’ll it’ll go through a series of reviews and we ll see what happens (in other words kick rocks). Such a shame that they would not only treat clients like this but treat active military like this. I highly discourage anyone from using this service.

As a former employee of this place I can say it's an adequate moving company. It'll never live up to be a Western Van & Storage. But anybody that flies the Paul Arpin flag it's a no-go in my book. When they wise up and change carriers they'll be a much better organization.

Golden Services spent 3 days at my storage facility packing up and moving a tenant out of a couple of units. In the 18 years I've run this facility, I have yet to meet a mover who is congenial and non- augmentative. The crew from Golden were friendly, polite AND considerate. They ensured the area they impacted was left clean. I appreciate them and will recommend Golden Services to any of my tenants looking for a moving company.
