They provided me with knowledgeable and courteous guys to help unload my truck. Also in reference to another review, I know as a mover that every moving contract has a "shuttle truck" proviso stating that there will be an additional charge if standard van line rigs can't access the pickup or delivery location and a smaller truck has to be used. This covers the cost of the rental and the extra labor charges associated with moving the items twice.

Hired these guys for a move to Los Angeles. When the truck arrived at my new location, they discovered it was too big to fit into through the entrance to the complex. They held my stuff hostage until I paid them an extra $400 to hire a new truck.
