Grandmas Attic Moving

I have moved multiple times with Grandma's Attic Moving over the years. I found the people in the office are extremely helpful in preparing you for the move. Dave gave suggestions on how to pack clothes and other items to make the move go more smoothly. He was very easy to work with, especially since we had to move out one of our move dates. The guys that showed up were very personable and careful with our furniture and even joked around with our kids. Since they have been doing their jobs for a very long time and have seen all types of houses/furniture, they helped us decide where the best place to put some of our oversized furniture to make the room more functional. I have always been happy with our moves with Grandma's Attic and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, local mover.

I have moved 5 times since 2001, and hired Grandmas Attic every time! The crews are wonderful -- these are true professionals who know all the in's and out's of moving furniture. The company charges a fair price and delivers A+ service.

I sent an initial request asking for a rough estimate of how much it would be move do an overnight move (move out 1 day and unload truck and move into another). First off, our closing day falls 5/31 so we'd need to be out Memorial Day. The response was from a man named Ed stating "you should consider rethinking your move date and set up. If my guys even want to work this day, it'd be double time." Anyone who is experienced with moving knows you cannot simply "move your date" if you have a hard closing day. The email continued and was rude and condescending. If this is how all potential clients are treated, I cannot even imagine how they are treated once they sign a contract with them. Will never recommend!
