Great Valley Moving and Storage Inc

My plan was to write a stellar review because Ben originally really came through for us today, I'm glad I waited until now however, because he totally left us hanging. Our company was to bring 4-5 pallets worth of gear to him and leave it Great Valley Moving and Storage for a week. We agreed on a price and a time for my driver to drop the equipment off. Once my driver arrived at his place (over an hour later) Ben told him he did not have room for the gear. Ben did not call me to tell me ahead of time nor reach out to me at all. I had to find out from my driver. I called Ben to find out what happened and he then accused me of lying by saying I told him it was furniture (I do not haul furniture so no way I would have said that). He then told me he did not have room for the gear. I asked him what happened because the space of 4 or 5 pallets worth was accurate no matter what the gear was. All he would respond with was that he would not be accepting the gear Now my driver has wasted over an hour driving over there to get this done and I still need to find a place to store this equipment. These drivers can only legally drive so many hours in a day, so to waste this much time is a really big deal, especially in that area when traffic is so bad. Ben either should not have agreed to begin with or at least called me directly when he changed his mind to discuss option or recommend an alternative place..

Efficient, professional and reliable! I only have positive things to say about my moving experience. They took great care of our belongings and kept the floors clean in spite of rain and mud outside. They were truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company based on our experience!
