Green Frog Moving

I called Josh from Green Ftog Movers on Thursday by Saturday I was moved in. Excellent and professional service. I highly recommend them.

We used Green Frog to move us across town in October. We had just had our new staircase and floors installed. They used a dolly on my stairs and put chips in the risers and banister as well as denting my drywall. I contacted the owner who assured me that he would be out and would take care of the problem. He did come out but never returned to fix any of the problems. We were extremely disappointed and would recommend you use someone else as we are now out the cost of the move and the repairs

This was one of the most unprofessional, awful experiences EVER! I saw a review for them that he didn’t know how to move a sleep number bed so I specifically asked him about it & he said he knew. Got here obviously didn’t know what he was doing…..he was trying to “unscrew the attachment magnets”. So my husband was trying to have him watch the “disassemble video” from Sleep Number…which explains the entire process. His response was to start cursing (calling my husband “fu__ing rude”). At that point we asked him to leave…RUDE, NASTY and NO IDEA how to move a sleep number bed!

Outstanding service

I highly recommend hiring the movers from Green Frog moving. There were professional, courteous, and extremely time efficient. I had a local move done from a storage unit to my new house which is 2 stories. There is no way my fiance and I could move everything in the time they did it and especially in the upstairs bedrooms. Everyone was very professional and treated all the items with care. They are a local company but from what I understand they can move items anywhere you need to. I was extremely pleased with the service provided and even more happy to give them business because they are a local company.
