I recently moved using this company! The first problem was the communication on when my items would arrive! I was told that I would receive a call the day before my items are to arrive! I actual got the call the day they wanted to deliver! I was still 8 hours away! We worked through this issue and agreed the items would be delivered the next day! Wrong that did not happen! So the following day the delivery was made two items had no tags on them when I question that a box might be missing I was informed everywas there! Long story short I have several items missing and the issue gets worse I was informed they would check and get back to me after a week of no communication. I call the customer service was the awful! They actual told me they are a moving company and very busy as the reason I had not heard anything and I was at fault for signing the form if everything thing was not there! I informed them that their driver assured me all was good when I question him! This company was rude and mislead me the entire time! I have never moved across country nor used a moving company!! I did not know what expect but this company I would never use again nor refer!! Once they got my money Only told CASH at delivery and when they picked up handed me a piece paper to write my credit card number down! No way so CASH again! Worst experience never again

Great to work with! Our moving team was fast and efficient, but unloaded our items with care. They were quick to respond via phone, and made the process easy. Moving in LA is hard, and they made it feel a bit easier. Would definitely recommend them!

Amazing company. My other movers bailed on me a day before our move. Not only did green Mountain help us last minute, we ended up getting even better cost than the original company assigned. I'm very happy I called and I will definitely call them for future services
