Review:
This company absolutely screwed me on my PCS move. They didn't label anything to correctly describe what is in the boxes on the inventory list. I had 23 Xbox games and they "packed" them. But when I received my household goods al the games had been taken out of the cases. Which can only mean they took them out of the cases and decided not to put them back. And I can't claim them as missing because they put my games in a box labeled living room.

Review:
My family's stuff was packed 10 days ago (28 July) and it was supposed to be delivered today (8 Aug), but our stuff is STILL being crated! Apparently, UNIGROUP has been trying to get ahold of them since the 3rd and they haven't returned any of their calls. One of the men that was packing our stuff seemed like it was an inconvenience to him. He packed the stuff with Rita (?) and Patrick, no complaints with the two of them. A lot of the stuff that could've been packed wasn't. We had to take so much with us, it was pretty much a partial DITY move. I really hope the Army thinks twice about hiring this company again to move soldiers.
