Paid Griffin moving and storage a premium to deliver during a holiday week. Goods were not delivered until 2 weeks later. Now they won’t pay back the premium. Horrible service with no resolution! Will never use them again.

The local crew in Homestead Florida was very pleasant to work with and took good care of most of my furniture (they took the bottom off of a glass cabinet, making it more fragile for transit and did not alert me they had removed and set aside the feet, which almost got left behind when I left the next day for my new home, everything else was handled well). Gabriel, the driver, was with the crew in Florida and at delivery in NC. He had a delay from the NC crew that was beyond his control but tried doing what he could himself until help arrived, rather than delay further. Both ends of the move, he was very pleasant to talk to and had a great attitude despite the hard work, the delay, and having a long drive ahead after my own delayed delivery. I hope he arrived there safely and wish him the best. All of my furniture and boxes arrived safely and accounted for, thank you guys for being so nice to work with. This is my 2nd time using Allied and Allied-affiliated companies, and both experiences were very good. I will be a 3rd-time customer if I ever have to move again.

We used Griffin Moving a couple of years ago to move some storage units from Sebring, FL to Weston, FL and we had a great experience. The workers met us on time and worked from early morning to late afternoon hardly stopping at all. The workers were very nice and wrapped up things we didn't even think of so everything was in great condition when it arrived. We were very happy with them and would use them the next time we move, if we do! Five stars for sure!!!!!

Great Movers! We had a large move and we were very worried about our grandfather clock and other items that we couldn't replace. EVERYTHING and I mean everything was in perfect condition when it arrived! The packers that we had were fantastic! All my China was packed so professional! I can't say enough good things about our packers. Everyone from our point of contact to the driver of that HUGE truck was polite and professional. That's the way to run a business!
