Nice friendly staff you really have to not know how to drive and be bad if you don’t pass

Extremely disappointed. I had scheduled my move to have them come pick up a heavy item that I was not able to move myself which we had agreed upon timing and logistics. They made the executive decision to bypass our plan and show up to my new place. They called me and sounded very annoyed that I was not at my place when they arrived. No phone call to say that they were just going to not perform a service that was asked of them. They mishandled all of my belongings as they had another job later that day. When they moved me in after having my items in storage my bed was destroyed. And the way that they put it together again made it almost impossible to sleep in. After they did a lackluster job of moving we had assumed that they would them pick up the item we had agreed upon them moving they said that they had another job to do and to call for a new scheduled date...when I needed it moved that day. I will NEVER use them again if I have a move in the near future and am very frustrated. I am only putting two stars because when the moved me the first time they were very respectful and professional but it pains me to even give them one star after this experience.

On March 13, 2002(12 days before my 21st birthday), my road test examiner was Patty. She was very kind and patient. Patty practically walked me through the road test. She didn't holler at me, or make me nervous in any form or fashion. The road test was very easy. If you was to have Patty as your road test examiner, it will be impossible for you to fail. No kidding.
