WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! THIS PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO WORK THEY LOOK FOR EXCUSES NOT TO INSTALL THINGS... HOME DEPOT NEEDS TO HIRE ANOTHER DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION COMPANY!!! THE EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE AND TALKING BACK!!! HE WANTED TO TAKE THE APPLIANCES BACK SINCE HE GOT HERE!!!! NEXT TIME I BUY SOMETHING I WILL MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT THE DELIVERY COMPANY!!! YOU ALL NEED TO WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! HE HAD A LIST OF A MILLION THINGS WHY HE CAN'T INSTALL THE APPLIANCES!!!! WHY IN THE WORLD DO YOU HAVE A COMPANY THAT CAN'T DO THE JOB!!!! I AM PUTTING A STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TOO BUT THIS COMPANY DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE THIS STAR!!!!
Suppose to deliver today but claim no one was home. Our housekeeper has been us since 630 and our kids up since 715 am and not once was our door bell rang. I had told them when they confirmed someone is always home. Ridiculous customer service and the lady was rude blaming it on me. I'd give zero stars. Waiting for 2 extra weeks for this machine.
**Update to the below post, 1 star now 2: This company finally released my furniture a month after having received it. So while I was able to recover my merchandise, I am still out over $600 in freight charges that I had to incur because we had to ship new items to my customer. No one likes to throw money away because of preexisting problems, so two stars is all they get*** Jones Moving & Storage is a dishonest company who has stolen over $7,000 worth of furniture. My company sends freight all over the country and we don't have the ability to vet every arriving terminal. On a shipment to McAllen, TX, our freight carrier used Jones Moving and Storage to deliver the final leg of the furniture. Unbeknownst to us, Jones Moving and Storage had business problems with the company who scheduled them to move our furniture. So while an honest company would have refused the delivery citing a business dispute, Jones Moving & Storage accepted delivery of my furniture and then proceeded to steal it to settle its dispute with the contracted company. The furniture is bought and paid for by a customer in McAllen and neither Jones Moving nor the company who contracted them have ownership rights over the furniture, however they feel it necessary to hold it hostage to settle a dispute with a contracted company. This is not legal, nor is it the way to do business. Obviously, they don't know how to operate and the owner of Jones Moving and Storage does not have the moxy to get on the phone and talk man to man, so we will be pursuing legal actions against them. Therefore Buyer beware, they might do a decent business BUT keep they are dishonest at their core.
