They stole my mother’s jewellery and my father’s cuff links, broke the marble top of their corner table and the grandfather clock, scratched the floor and wall and then one of the movers turned around and repeatedly banged his head on the wall when these were noted on the invoice. Surreal.

I would definitely recommend anyone moving to give Mark McMahon a call. Mark was prompt, thorough and efficient assessing our items to be moved and gave us a great price. The crew showed up on time and took great care of our items. Communication was perfect throughout the entire process. I have no doubt Mark and the crew at Von Paris will do as great a job for you as they did for me.

Scheduled a visit to get a quote and the the person, Mark, with whom I had the appointment failed to either call or show. I understand that things come up unexpectedly, but I expect a phone call instead of being stood up. I am very disappointed!

We had never used movers before, so we were very nervous about putting our long distance move from Maryland to Florida in the hands of movers. We had heard horror stories, but, Hampden Moving and Storage was wonderful to work with. The person they sent out to check everything out and estimate the costs (Link) was there on time, was personable and answered all my questions. Then, Kelly, the coordinator for the move was excellent and very patient with me. She told me everything to expect and when. Then, moving day came, and the person handling our move, Porter, and his entire team were excellent. They were cordial, pleasant, and extremely careful with all of our belongings. They padded everything and took great care with everything. Porter continued to our new place in Florida and had a different team. But again, they were all wonderful and careful with our belongings, and also took great pains not to damage walls and floors. As far as I can tell, everything arrived and is in good shape. I would highly recommend this company.

Movers were early, packed up and loaded in awesome time, and went above and beyond throughout the entire day. Couldn’t recommend them more. Awesome crew!!
