Prior to the job (moving furniture), the owner called to confirm the time, date, and place. However, when he got to my house, he was very unprofessional. He seemed annoyed about doing the job that we talked about over the phone and was rude to my wife. The job took him 15 minutes and he was out the door. They moved the couch and did not help set it up. When my wife handed him the check, he didn’t say thank you and just took the check and left. His workers were very nice and respectful, but the owner was not. Unfortunately we will not be recommending nor using him in the future.

Very professional, they called before-hand and they were very fast. Handled all my stuff with great care. Highly recommend them!!! I will be calling them again hopefully soon!

Tom and his men showed up at 7:10 and got right to work. We moved from a three bedroom free standing house to a two bedroom apartment in a local retirement home in Rensselaer NY. I will recommend these gentlemen very highly to everyone. They loaded the truck in half the time it normally takes for us to do so. We only had to instruct them on where to put things when they got to our apartment. The apartment was a maze to get to. It is on the second floor. They had to go through a side door, go down a corridor, and find the elevator, go up with our stuff, and make one or two turns. Did I mention they did this in 90 degree weather? They cracked jokes. They were three of the nicest men. There was no heir of discomfort when we talked to them, which is saying something. Two of us have extreme anxiety disorders and our mother isn't always quick with answers. They were respectful, fun, and always smiling. Did I mention they started at 7:10 and finished before the hour 11 am? If we ever move again Tom and his men will be the first people we call. Fast, personable, and charming are ways I'd describe these movers. Everything arrived intact and without damage.
