Very accommodating. Had to change my move dates a few times and they had no issues with the changes. Movers were nice and cheerful. And they completed move faster than estimated. I just can't complain.

I had a stellar experience moving across the state. There was great communication and service from everyone involved. The team that showed up to move us was prompt and polite, and all our belongings survived the journey intact. I would definitely hire Hansen Brothers again.

Amazing, friendly service every time. I trust them, and they always do good work. I was impressed that all my stuff was carefully wrapped and packaged for me. No need for heated storage since this is basically like your garage. The prices are generally better than self-storage in Seattle proper, and there's a bunch of great services you can get such as international shipping. If you buy their in-house property insurance, do keep in mind that it's privately funded by them and not by an independent insurance carrier. If this entire warehouse burned down in an accident, I'm not sure whether they could actually handle the insurance claims.

I will never use a moving company again. Hansen Bros was polite and helpful but once my belongings were loaded in the truck and in route, bad things happened. Hansen Bros needs to be aware of these things and hire competent laborers to unload and load. I already turned in one claims document and I am having to fill out another one because I've found more problems. I have broken glass, a banged-up antique piano, and now, a memory foam mattress with a hole gouged in it where the laborer grabbed it to pull it out of the mattress box. I paid so much money for this move with the hope that it would alleviate stress. I have an antique cabinet/desk that was transported - at some point - on its side. It wasn't loaded that way because my daughter was watching the loading. But at some point, it was put on its side and everything in the drawers was tightly compressed into one side so much that I had to remove the bottom of two of the drawers just to empty them because they were crammed and wouldn't open. It was a poor decision on my part to hire these movers, because although they were polite and decent, the laborers used to do the actual moving were careless of my belongings. I'm sure Allied will refuse to honor the claims I've turned in but at least here, I can warn somebody else, beware of your belongings if they mean something to you because people will load and unload them and they don't mean a thing to these people. Be careful. Next time, it's U-haul and I'll move myself. I've never broken things, beat up furniture edges, or treated my belongings carelessly. At least my stuff arrived....that's 1 star, the other star is for Hansen Bros. Those movers lost this company the rest of the rating.
