The guys at Hansen's were very accommodating, efficient and helpful. I have used Hansen's for prior moves and will recommend to friends and use them again. Special thanks to Chase, Jason, Mike and Jerold. Hats off to all of you. Thank you for making my move easy and not adding to the already high stress of selling and buying a home.

Super disappointed and don't recommend their services. They got the job done, but ruined many of my items. They did not pack thoroughly, just threw stuff in boxes (some not even packed in boxes and just loose and left in something, unwrapped and left to bang around and break) and didn't wrap a lot of my items and furniture. When they unloaded they were very rough with my belongings too, even the stuff marked fragile. Many of my things are now marred, dented, bent, scratched, stained/dirty, and not in the shape I left them. I'm not happy. **Edit in Response to "the Owner" below: Just because I choose not to put my name out there, doesn't mean this is a fake review. It is not. I could blast you on here with pictures of your services and your men, 3 of which packed and loaded my belongings one day in an incompetent and inadequate manner, 2 of which unloaded my belongings and couldn't even carry them safely due to the lack of man power that was needed on another day, and I spoke with Brenda throughout the entire process! The services you provided, or should I say, not provided, were ridiculous, and I could have supplied plenty more to ream you here, but I chose not to and just stated my experience, concern, and disappointment. I have no desire to do business with you ever again. I would never trust you with my belongings again! You ruined a large percentage of them. Your lack of professionalism and care for my items was awful. Maybe you guys can do pianos, which is what Brenda told me you were mostly known for, but I would NEVER recommend you for packing or moving large quantities!

I was very happy with Hansen's service. I originally chose them for my move to the Bay Area because Brenda answered all my questions with a professional and friendly attitude. Mark came to the house to look at the furniture, etc. to give me an estimate of cost. I had lots of questions and Mark patiently took the time to answer them. The move itself went quite smoothly. Mark and Mike came on time and were quick and careful in loading my furniture and boxes. The next day Mike and Chase unloaded everything and placed all the furniture exactly where I wanted it. I was very happy with the price and the service, and would recommend Hansen's highly.
