I strongly recommend Hello Movers LLC, for your next move. Dimitri and John were punctual, friendly, and very efficient. They made the moving experience easy during this season of change. They accommodated my preferences and they were fast, so every was as seamless as possible.

This was the WORST experience I have EVER had with a moving company. Where do I even start with them? 1. They were supposed to be there at 9am but someone got sick and they said they would be there at 1pm (we were fine with this), but they did not get to our house until 4:41 which is when they started to work on moving our stuff. This was unacceptable as we had a minimum of 4 hours work time and 2 hours drive time which meant they would not be done until at least 10:41 pm. 2. The movers that showed up were so rude and had disregard for our possessions. They slammed furniture down right next to my wife then apologized. They slammed boxes and totes down everywhere they went. They carried boxes and totes sideways and upside down no matter where they went. They broke numerous totes and boxes. 3. As soon as they showed up the gave showed.me the estimate that I agreed to online, which we were fine with. Then they told me to put water in the fridge that I had saved for my family for them. They also asked for a "tip" before they even started and had "asked" numerous times for a tip because he was doing such a "good job". 4. They ruined numerous pieces of my daughters furniture. Some were only a 2 to 3 weeks old and the rest had no scratches on it beforehand. 5. The charged me to take my daughters bed apart and put back together at the new house, but the movers that showed up gave a hard time saying that it was not there job, even when we agreed that they would. Then at the end of the job they even charged me extra that for it when it was supposed to be included in the original price. Then they pretty much destroyed it by having no regard for it and scratching it all up. 6. They agreed in the original quote to take certain pieces of furniture. I told the movers at least 10 times of these pieces of furniture and yet they still.did not take them. 7. The movers stacked books on top of our glass ware that was clearly marked with glass, fragile, and a star bnb on both the front and top of every box that was so. This resulted in numerous of our special glass items to be broken. Our wedding glasses were broken, the items we got on our honeymoon were broken. 8. The movers at the end of night got very hostile and confrontational with me and my wife. The mover that was figuring the total for the move was so bad at math that it had.me.queation the amount. He kept saying it was 7 hours when it was actually only 6, and part of the 6 hours was driving which I prepaid for and should not have been charged a second time for. Then when we "agreed" on a final price I paid it and then asked for a receipt and was told " I so not think you get one of these" and I got mad. How do you ask me to pay you and then say you do not give receipts. They person at the office said they would give me one but I never got one. 9. I paid 105 an hour, plus 210 for 2 hours of moving time which was for them DRIVING which I was.double billed for. Then they tried to charge for more hours than they were actually here. I was told that they were taking 150 off my original price of 855, but I still had to pay 1020. I should have had to pay only 810 i total not 1020. This the 855 agreed, plus 150 credit, plus an extra hour at 105 for a total of 810. 10. The movers scratched up numerous pieces of my daughters furniture, they broke fragile items, they had 0 regard for your items, they show up late, they charge extra, they do not give a receipt showing g what you pay for. If you know what is good stay AWAY from these people.

The movers were punctual and took care with the materials being packed. It was a large job but they maintained their effort level and good attitude. Only thing that could have gone better was loading and unloading boxes in a very specific order. Not sure anyone could have done that. I would request their services again. They were a great work crew.
