Hands down the most professional company around! They will treat your belongings like they are their own, are always on time and very friendly. I will use them for any future moves. This is definitely the company you want to use for all of your moving needs!

Just as in "Allison Lowe's" review, had a very sad too familiar, & similar situation. Don't hire these bait & switch swindler's. Very misleading, use anyone else but these crooks. They broke furniture & then said it was my fault, seriously? Very poor packing skill's. The customer's fault, nice try. Very rude too, don't get fooled by the con man sales guy, it's a front for dishonesty, & upselling. Run far, far away from this place...More like "Non-Helping Greedy Hand's" If you want to get ripped off & feel uneasy about your belonging's then go right ahead, these are your people! Negative 5 Star Rating!!!!

My family moved from SFL to Upstate NY, our house was rented, and our belongings moved to storage. The house ultimately sold, and it was time to retrieve our stuff - some items from the house and everything from storage. This, in the midst of a crazy pandemic. We were in jam. A recommendation led us to Dennis @ Helping Hands, and boy are we grateful. We had many challenges with the move. At every turn, Dennis was there to help. He always answered his phone, he always lined up resources, and when need be, he went the extra ten miles _himself_ to make sure things got done. Above and beyond is an understand. Dennis is a good man, and he runs a great operation. I can’t recommend them enough.

I had to leave this review right away as I’m sitting down in my new apartment. This is a great company to work with for moving! Communication prior to move in was top notch. The team sent out to move my apartment was fantastic. Experienced at what they were doing. ProtectEd my furniture properly. Did it within the quoted time period. Removed my junk as well. This is the first time we used the company. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. What a concept huh. They were very respectful and courteous. We needed some additional packing and they were very clear on the additional costs and no surprise fees or tricks. If we need moving services again we won’t hesitate to call them back.
