Best move we've made out if the last 4! I have had to move a couple of times and be relocated by my employer over the last 6 years...followed up by moving twice on my own; so after 4 large household moves in 6 years of 4 bdrm house with 4 kids/2 parents we know a thing or two about moving. Hemmen was the 1st company we have worked with that allowed us to choose the truck size (40 foot) and give you the option of 3 men working instead of 2 men. The result? We saved thousands of dollars in costs and they moved our stuff in half the time of any of the competition we have worked with in the past. We used Hemmen Moving for our recent local move and couldn't have been happier. They did a wonderful job and we were so impressed with how hard ALL of the workers were. Despite some last minute adjustments (new driver, etc), everything was done quickly and courteously. Moving across multiple states during a pandemic was never the plan, but everyone followed proper procedures and were flexible to ensure that the schedule could be met. Only one piece of furniture was damaged (a decently sized but cosmetic scratch), and fair compensation was offered immediately.

The team at Hemmen Moving were great! They showed up on time, with enough help, the move went very smoothly. Price was exactly what was quoted, no overcharges, no surprises. Everything was nearly perfect and the men who moved us worked hard to make sure we were satisfied in a no damage to our goods. We tipped them well because of such a good job and very efficient!
