Best moving experience ever! We've used moving companies in the past that has just made the experience dreadful - bad attitudes, move like slugs etc. These guys were all extremely friendly, courteous, quick movers. They also did an amazing job of handling our things and making sure nothing was damaged. Highly recommend, and I will definitely use them again in the future. Can't say enough good things about them!

They lost my shipments I called Over 60 time they don’t answer Given you run around bad service do not waste your money on your time

I have never in my life received such awful service. We have rescheduled my delivery 3 times and they keep not showing up nor contacting me. I have to reach out to them to even figure out that they aren’t delivering my package on said say. Also, I couldn’t seem to ever get anyone on the phone and when I did they were always giving me the run around. I would like at this point to just go get my package, but I CANNOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE!! Terrible, terrible service! I do not recommend them!!

I ordered a large glass coffee table through Wayfair and was contacted by Melanie from Henderson Transfer to schedule the delivery. The delivery team arrived on time and placed the large coffee table box on its side and told me if there were any issues, to contact Wayfair. I had no idea if the glass had broken inside or not. Then they left the wooden pallet and much larger box it came in outside my front door. I contacted Melanie four times requesting that they remove the box because it was too heavy for me to move myself. She never answered the phone or replied to my messages or voicemail. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and poor service overall.

Great Delivery! The guys arrived ahead of time (they did call and give me 45 minutes notice). They were pleasant and allowed me to check the Dresser out for any damage. Absolutley perfect! Thanks very much!
