Horrible delivery experience. Was schedule for delivery on Friday September 13th between 6pm and 9pm. Waited around all afternoon and never received items. Never even received a phone call or anything. Tried calling office and what do you know, they are only open until 2 pm. So I called wayfair and they rescheduled delivery with Henderson. Here it is September 19th and still nothing. I will not order anything else from wayfair if it’s delivered to me via Henderson.

Terrible. Ordered 2 dressers from Wayfair. They didn't show up or even call on the day we scheduled the delivery. We called their office to see why no one had shown up and were told that the person who had scheduled it wrote down the following day (Saturday) for delivery. Not sure how someone can confuse Friday with Saturday but whatever. Then on Saturday they were supposed to show up between 3 and 5:30 pm. We didn’t get a call until around 7 pm when they said they were on the way. When they finally got here they wouldn't bring the furniture past the entry way. After opening the box I can see why. From the damage , it is pretty obvious the furniture was dropped very hard. Half the drawers wouldn't close since the wood inside holding the track had been cracked. The bottom was scratched and the wood was split both inside and outside. We tried calling the movers back since it needs to be returned and ~surprise~ no answer.

I had ordered white glove delivery service for an extra $150. Two young kids arrived and had to ask me to borrow a knife to open the boxes. That’s different. No white gloves and they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. They got the bed together and were leaving so I went back to look at it. Stains on the side of the upholstered bed frame so I refused it. I saw them load the bed back in the truck like it was firewood. They were supposed to have open the boxes at their warehouse and inspected it for damages which apparently they did not do. I was scared having them in my house.
