Used Here to There Movers for a move for my office in Fort Wayne The movers stripped the connectors on 3-sides of a receptionist desk that was 6-months old and cost $900. After jumping through several hoops with them by uploading photos and desk weight, they never return calls and have been told there is nothing they can do for my claim since the desk was made of pressed wood and "those type of desks are not meant to be moved". Wow! Buyer definitely beware.

This was my first time using a moving company. Wonderful experience! From booking my move to the guys that moved me. At a great price also.

Unethical company. Buyer beware! We scheduled our move with Here to There Movers. They showed up late, with the wrong number of people, and said they’d have to reschedule. We told them we needed to move today, so if they can’t do it we would make some other arrangements and get it done. It sucks, but we can figure it out. They ensured us we would be take care of and the move would happen still! Just had to get more men. The manager called and then another district manager from their corporate office called. They promised to make it right. They asked that we still go through with the move and we trust they’ll do the right thing. They said they’d send a second truck, give both trucks for free, 4 men, and charge us the two man rate. When they completed the move, they still charged us for a truck, charged the 3-man rate, and added a $112 fuel charge. The movers at the house were never told anything by the manager about discounts. They tried calling him, but no answer. We called him and he answered. He called me a liar over the phone and told me he would never have promised those types of discounts. If we don’t pay the movers tonight they will just pull it from our credit card on file and charge us a fee. This is ABSOLUTELY a bait and switch. Now, they won’t take or return our phone calls.
