Here To There Movers

They were super quick and careful with my stuff. I didn't have much, but it was still awesome to have everything unloaded into my top floor apartment in under an hour!

TERRIBLE!!! I used Here to There Movers to move at the end of March and had the absolute worst experience. There were many things wrong with my moving experience, but the most upsetting part was that one of the movers STOLE my grandmothers wedding ring that she left me when she passed away at the end of last year. I have not received it back. Aside from this, all of the movers smelled like marijuana and banged up the washer and dryer. I never write reviews, but felt the need to after all of this. My suggestion would be to take your business elsewhere.

This company is nothing more than a bunch scam artists, who will lure in with low rates and initial low moving estimates, then when it comes time to do the actual work they will present you with a cost which is double or even triple the original estimate. If you refuse to pay the "adjusted bill" then they will hold your items hostage until you do pay them. The only way to stop companies like this one from continuing their dishonest business practices, is to no longer patronize the business, I urge anyone looking for movers to not use these guys and look for a reputable moving service.

I hired Here To There Movers on 2-8-20. The movers showed up on time and seemed as everything was going to be great. They came into my apartment on a muddy, snowy morning without any covers on their shoes. I couldn't help but to notice the obnoxious scent of marijuana that filled up my entire apartment hallway and my apartment unit. One of the movers was upstairs with me and the other mover was downstairs, we heard a loud crash and went downstairs to see that one of the movers crashed into my apartment building knocking the door completely off of the hinges. They spent most of the time discussing the accident, talking to maintenance, talking to their boss at Here To There Movers and attempting to fix the door. Once they got everything moved out of my apartment we headed to the new place. They got there and again, did not put on shoe covers or do anything to prevent getting mud and water all over my new floors/carpet. I have hired movers before and I have NEVER experienced such cruddy service.

The movers were a little late and I was cool with that they got everything done in orderly fashion. When I call to see anything about me getting a discount because they were an hour late not only did the manager and his boss basically tell me it is what it is just because I used a groupon. He proceeded to then tell me that he made over 4 million dollars last year and that I am just one person complaining I have never had such horrible customer service ever in my life I definitely wouldn't recommend this busines strictly on how the managers operate and they obviously operate only by money not thinking about customer service. The to me and that help me were by far above and beyond great customer service and I appreciate that and that was the best experience I have with this company
