From my first phone call, I had a good feeling about Firpo. They did not disappoint. Zack was very informative, sent Chris the estimator out right away, and very quickly I receive what I think was a more than fair estimate. I was moving from suburban Philly to South Carolina. Then the "virus" came, and we had to shuffle some dates. No problem. We mutually came up with a good date, my belongings were picked up, put in storage for awhile and then on my chosen date Rodney and Kendrick arrived in South Carolina.They worked with a smile, very efficiently, set everything up great. Nothing was broken or missing. They made a stressful time for me so easy. THANK YOU to the whole team.

Best movers we have ever used!! I highly recommend this business. We have moved several times and this was the least stressful and most professional move ever! I first contacted Chirs Rippy, Relocation Sales manager, on a Friday, he immediately got back in touch and began to coordinate our move that was completed 3 weeks later! Chris coordinated a detailed plan for our moves to storage facilities, our new home in a different state and even a move to our children's home in a different state. He is one of the best business professionals I've ever engaged. We were professionally packed by Erin, she was a pleasure to have in our home. She, as well as many of Firpo's employees, have years of experience with this company. She had a wonderful helper the next day and everything they packed arrived safely intact and labeled. The movers showed up on time the day of our move and a big shout out goes to Jim, leader of the team. I can't thank the team of movers enough for providing expertise, muscle, coordination and a sense of humor! A great TEAM effort by all! Also, thank you to Zach, for everything you did to follow up, schedule and arrange the best move experience! I highly recommend Firpo Movers to anyone planning to use a moving company. I was a hard move, household and stained glass studio. Was told they had experience moving art studios. They were horrible, they oversold their abilities. My one star is not that they didn’t work hard, overall, but... I hired them to pack some rooms...they arrived about 9:30 and left about 3, saying they completed the job. They had not, and I was scurrying on moving day, packing what I had thought they did. I also had to deal with the movers obnoxiously complaining about how heavy the boxes were, that their own people packed. Another huge disappointment, boxes clearly marked 3rd floor where left on the first floor. I have an auto immune disease. While I am doing well, lugging boxes from my first floor to my third floor is rather difficult, even on my best day, it takes a lot out of me. But the worst was, on the second day they had a younger guy helping with the move, when he asked where I wanted some boxes I responded, just throw them in the basement.... that is exactly what they did... they threw boxes in my basement, truly, they tossed my belongings into the basement. When I signed the paperwork at the end of the move I wrote a note that I wanted someone to call me, no one ever did.

This company has moved me since 1985 and there service hasn’t changed. My last move was to Florida and they accommodated me from storing my furniture in Philadelphia to moving it to my home and a storage facility in Florida. Zach was very helpful throughout the entire process. They swapped furniture at both locations without any issues. Rodney and Kendrick did an excellent job setting furniture up and placing remaining items neatly in the storage unit at our final destination.

We used Firpo-heritage for our long distance move from PA to FL. They packed us in May, stored everything for seven months, and moved us to Florida in early January. After my experience with this firm I cannot imagine hiring any other moving company for something so importantly. The packers were so efficient and so careful. I just opened my last box. I had a number of very sentimental, very fragile items (way too many actually). Everything was wrapped and boxed with great care. The crew that moved us out was great. Very careful, helpful, and so nice! During the time our stuff was in storage they were quick to respond if I had questions. When I got a closing date from my builder Firpo-heritage was so easy to work with to schedule a move date. To add complexity I closed two days before Christmas and wanted to have the house painted first. The crew that moved us in was great! They put everything together for us (beds, glass shelves back into cabinets) and worked with me when I was not quite sure where something should go. And when they left they took all boxes & paper that I emptied! Highly recommend this company.
