I have used Firpo-Heritage Moving Systems twice and I am anticipating a third move. Each time they arrived as scheduled with 3 moving persons and a large truck. They worked 8 hours with a lunch break. They packed everything carefully including large easily breakable furniture and collectibles and did a wonderfully professional job. They also took items to storage and packed the unit efficiently and well. I recommend them highly and would use them again. They also delivered the entire job on budget.

The is the best moving company we have ever used (out of 5 moves). Very professional, nice to work with, and none of our furniture was damaged. Would highly recommend, and will absolutely use again. Thank you!!

They moved us several times in the past 5 years. Each time they get worse. This time 1 month ago was the worse. When i called to schd the move they said their précis would have change much from the last time we hired them - it did. We moved at least 1/3 of our things ourselves so it should have only took them 5 hrs., they charge for 8.5hrs ( then they sat in the the driveway for almost 1/2 hr before leaving). They took multiple breaks (more then 3). It was a hot day we provided them with Gatorade and water. I asked them to wrap certain furniture, however ( to drag out the day) they were wrapping all my furniture. They were polite I’ll give them that. They also damaged very expensive furniture. I called the office and explained why i was disappointed. The excuse was that some of the guy were n training.
