Herman Transfer & Storage

After having a very bad experience with a cross country moving company, we were skeptical when we had to hire movers again. I expressed my concerns with the company representative, Jackson, right off of the bat. He assured me that everything is aboveboard with this company, and that there wouldn't be any surprises. So far, we are extremely satisfied with the service we have received. The 2 gentleman that came to load our belongings were friendly, professional and very hard-working. Our estimate was honored, (it's so important to be honest about how much you have to move), and the truck was loaded and off to free storage until we have them the address and date that it could be delivered. We are now awaiting the phone call letting us know that the truck is on the way. We're very hopeful that the end of this moving journey will be as successful as the beginning. If I could give them 1,000 stars, I would! They arrived early and were ready to go. JR had his two boys helping out alongside Arthur, and they were wonderful. They took care to make sure they didn’t mess up any of my furniture. They worked quickly even after having to walk up a flight of stairs. JR was hilarious, the boys were so mannerly and helpful, And Arthur was so kind! I can’t go on enough about how great the experience was. If you’re moving, use them! You will not regret it!!!

Came to move my daighter on a 270.00 min charge move...my grandson had to help them one was layingg on truck floor to hot and just began....450.00 they charged....WOW JR...U DID THAT
