Hero Moving Hawaii

Just completed a great move. Colton, Jason, and Ryan were great. They protected all my furniture and set everything up very efficiently. The price was as quoted, actually less, because the finished well before the estimate. Would recommend and use them again. Thanks guys!

Over $400 just to move a bedroom. One of the guys spent 20 to 30 minutes in the bathroom and then only worked about a third of the time. I wasn’t going to write a review but then a friend of mine moved their entire apartment for less than that with another mover.

We did not have a good experience with this company. The movers were nice guys, but when they put the beds back together at the new residence, they were not fully attached. They were in a rush to get out. We also had a couple of spots on the wood floors in our new home that had gotten some damage. The biggest issue we had is that the final price was double the quoted price. At no time during the moving process did they come to us to address the price increase. It was definitely a shock. We addressed it with the company and they did not attempt to reconcile any of the cost. This was my retirement move from the US Army. We chose Hero, because as someone that served 21 years in the military, we wanted to support an organization that supported public servants. None of our movers were Veterans, Firefighters, police, EMS, or any other "Heroes". I would not recommend this company and definitely would not use them again in the future.
