First class operation!
Fantastic place super nice people
Absolutely the best. Dave has made this move so much easier than most. He has supplied boxes and moral support. Highly recommend!n
Working with Herren's Twin City Moving and Storage (Herren's)was a good experience throughout. It is well know that moving can be one of the more stressful things in life and having done it more than once and with more than one moving company, I can say that that the right company can reduce that stress immensely. Herren's did just that through the entire process. I would also like to say what a great job Rowan, Roger, and John did for us. They were able to roll through the changes well and if they ever had any worries or concerns, they never let on about them and it didn't show in their work or quality. They worked hard and did not call the job done until they were sure we were satisfied, which we were, completely. I would not hesitate to recommend or use the services of Herren's Twin City Moving & Storage again.
The in home visit to get an estimate for my move was the only thing that went smooth. After that, it became quickly clear that the sale manager David Crawford was far from honest or helpful. He tried to do a last minute upcharge for my vehicles to the tune of 30%, we had a driver switch less than 24 hours before packing/loading of our house (which pushed our delivery date back five days) and charged my card without ever providing a receipt. But wait, there is more! He supposedly over estimated the weight on the quote so we would come in under the estimate, we still got rid of between 1,000 and 2,500 pounds of personal effects that was part of the quote and somehow we came in at 1,500 pounds OVER the estimate. When asked to see the weight receipts, he provided a weigh ticket that was dated at a time before our driver even picked up the trailer. When confronted, we got complete radio silence. Would I ever use Herren's again? Not a chance. Would I ever use Atlas again as a result? Not a chance.
