I am sorry to say that I have been seriously let down by Hilford Moving. I have so many damaged items from the movers! My new fridge has dents, my new sofa has a hole, my dresser and nightstand have deep gouges, my hutch is destroyed, and so much more... very sad and disappointed. They put my clearly marked FRAGILE/GLASS boxes on the bottom! Furniture was not wrapped or not wrapped in moving blankets...so no surprise there was so much damage! I was also told there would be adjustments (reduction) in costs based off services not used but included in the estimate...made several calls now... let's see if they come through. Also both the Calif crew and Texas crew asked me to go get them lunch! Seriously? Update: the "credit" was issued as another charge on my card!!!! I called them and they said, oh, we know and we will issue a credit and a refund... what is the hell is going on over there people???

So I gave this place a call and I have to say from start to finish they made this easy!!!! The sales person was super nice and understanding with his no obligation estimate. Arrived on time for a local move and didn’t damage a single item. I saw some negative reviews but those must be from an old crew or something because the crew I had was fantastic!
