Hippo Movers gave me the best service I could receive from a moving company. Their customer service was outstanding. They were on time, and their scheduling process was a breeze. I held a lot of valuables, and a broad assortment of furniture and they handled all of it with care. I don't have any intention of moving again, not soon at least, but I know if I do that I have a great moving service to look to. Thanks again, everyone!

Awesome company! Getting a quote was easy! just got it right online after describing my situation that i was moving to another apartment about 16 miles away. I've moved three times in 2 years, and this was, by far, the most effortless move I've ever experienced. They responded promptly and booking was easy. I barely needed to lift a finger. From my very first interaction with them they were extremely professional and so polite. These people were beyond expert, and helpful all the way throughout, they helped me move my furniture up to the second story of the apartment with no complaints. They handled my belongings with the utmost care (nothing was broken, dinged, or damaged) and made sure to place every piece of furniture exactly where I wanted. they took their time making sure they delivered a proper service to their customer. This is a great company, if you ever need someone to help move your stuff with great customer service I would 100%, recommend this place, as the quality and prices was something you won't get from big corporate moving companies.

I went to see about renting a unit yesterday and was very impressed and satisfied with the level of service. The manager was the person who attended me. I was greeted with a friendly welcome and immediately asked how he could help. He took the time to explain everything with great detail and answered all my questions thoroughly. He showed me around the property and then the unit that would be mine. I was very satisfied with the level of security, the cleanliness of the property, and his friendliness. I felt very confident renting at this location by the time the tour was over. Thank you for the wonderful customer service
